After a strong start to the year, pioneering UK dental partnership group, Dentex, is pleased to announce the appointment of three new Directors. Jason Bedford, Kate Higgins and Nathan Lennox all of whom bring a high degree of knowledge and experience to the organisation, as the group prepares to double its number of practices by the end of 2018.
The new appointments signal the increasing level of support the Dentex central team offers to the dental practices working with the organisation, while strengthening the key pillars of the business needed to support and stimulate growth.
Joining Dentex as Clinical Director, Jason Bedford has more than 25 years’ experience within the dentistry field, five of which have been spent working at director level. Throughout his extensive dental career, he has demonstrated a passion for knowledge-sharing and staff training. At Dentex, he will be taking the lead on Clinical Strategy, Training and Development, and supporting clinical growth and practice development.
Kate Higgins has spent the last three years working as HR Director for Dental Directory and will be assuming the same role at Dentex. With a background in HR in Investment Banking and Asset Management spanning more than 15 years, she is adept at providing collaborative support and implementing shared resources systems. Significantly, she has a strong understanding of the unique needs pertaining to dental practice management and is able to bring a wealth of insight to Dentex partners.
Finally, taking up his new role in August 2018, Nathan Lennox will be joining Dentex as IT Director. As the company continues to grow, there is much need for systems development across the group, and Nathan’s experience with Compaq, Experian and JCDecaux perfectly positions him to meet that challenge. His role will be to implement all systems developments within Dentex, while overseeing the IT support required by Dentex practice partners.
Barry Lanesman, CEO of Dentex comments: ‘We are absolutely delighted to be able to welcome Nathan, Kate and Jason to Dentex, and are confident that they will make a significant contribution to the group. Dentex has already experienced growth beyond our initial predictions and expectations, but we have huge plans for 2018, with the aim of doubling the number of practices we partner with by the end of the year. Kate, Jason and Nathan will play a vital part in that growth, strengthening the business infrastructure to the necessary degree, and bringing many years of knowledge and experience to Dentex.’
