Samantha Collier qualified as a dentist in 2011 from the University of Birmingham with a Distinction in Clinical Dentistry. During this time, she achieved the Certificate of Merit for the prestigious Dentsply Prize of Clinical Excellence as well as the Student Clinician Prize for her research. She then went on to work in general practice before undertaking several different hospital jobs including children's dentistry, oral surgery as well as working in a maxillofacial surgery department. Following this she undertook the three year Orthodontic Specialty Training programme at the Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry and Southend University Hospital where she completed her MClinDent in Orthodontics and MOrth. She received both the Jim Moss Research award for her Masters research project and the Clinical Excellence Award for her treated cases.

Samantha Collier is a registered specialist orthodontist and a member of the Royal College of Surgeons England and British Orthodontic Society. She has presented at both national and international conferences and has published her research in peer review journals. Samantha provides orthodontic treatment for all age groups and enjoys keeping up to date with the latest techniques in orthodontics. As a specialist orthodontist Samantha utilises a range of orthodontic appliances including the latest cosmetic innovations.nnIn addition to working in specialist practice she also works as specialist orthodontist in a local hospital as part of a multidisciplinary team managing more complex orthodontic cases.

Outside of work Samantha enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and son. She is a keen skier and horse rider.
