Dental Nursing is one of the most fulfilling roles within a practice. If you’re just starting out in your nursing career, we may have just the opportunity for you. We are delighted to have recently launched the Dentex Dental Nurse Development Programme, where we will provide you with support, guidance and community through your studies and beyond.

Recruitment Process

We are interested in more than your CV! Once you have applied for a Trainee Dental Nurse position with Dentex you will be contacted by our Apprenticeship partner Tempdent who will firstly identify the best learning route for you, whether that be an Apprenticeship, NEBDN Diploma or a Traineeship.

You will then be invited on a virtual assessment centre, this is a group activity that has been designed to get the very best out of you, not only getting to know you better but giving you a really great insight into Dentex and your future career as a Dental Nurse.

Onboarding & Support

This is where the hard work (and fun) begins, we will provide you with a robust and supportive introduction to your new role, ensuring you have the very best start to Dental Nursing.

Before you start your course you will spend 3 months in Practice getting to know the Practice, The People and your new role, you will follow a set induction plan alongside a wider community of trainee nurses that has been designed to set you up to succeed!
